Creative Contracting completed a project in Portland, OR. The existing leasing office was removed to construct a new clubhouse/leasing office and fitness center, in the long-standing Binford Complex. This project is unique in its design with a lot of exposed mass timber making the space feel big. Worked with Architec/Egnineer and Owner to establish design, needs, finish materials that integrates design with community.
