Creative Contracting completed a project at The Hive in Oregon City. This business is a social club maintaining a full-time restaurant and catering business with facilities that is reserved for events and social functions. We were tasked to work on this project while maintaining its current ongoing operations. This building is registered as a historic landmark, and we worked closely with the local jurisdiction to preserve its design standards to ensure compatibility of the new development with existing resources.
