Americana Motor Hotel

The redesign process was spearheaded by Andrew Alford, principal at Andrew Alford Creative, who sought to breathe new life into the property by combining elements of the original look and feel with odes to classic road trip culture, the surrounding Arizona landscape and Flagstaff’s deep ties to astronomy. Creative was involved in its inception from concept, design, to the build out, working with architect, Owner, and Designer to establish a unique concept to cater to tourists for the region.

Homewood Suites by Hilton

Creative Contracting was contracted to remodel the interior of the Homewood Suites in Medford, Oregon. This included the room interior, hallways, and lobby area.

Binford Apartments

Creative Contracting completed a project in Portland, OR. The existing leasing office was removed to construct a new clubhouse/leasing office and fitness center, in the long-standing Binford Complex. This project is unique in its design with a lot of exposed mass timber making the space feel big. Worked with Architect/Engineer and Owner to establish design, needs, and finish materials that integrates the design with community.

Siletz Clinical Health Center

Creative Contracting is a project in Siletz, Oregon renovating a building for the Siletz Tribe into a community health Clinic: This was a public works CMGC Design-Build project. This project is a target value design project, where a budget was established. Creative worked with the design team to value engineering the project to meet budget targets.

The Hive Social

Creative Contracting completed a project at The Hive in Oregon City. This business is a social club maintaining a full-time restaurant and catering business with facilities that are reserved for events and social functions. We were tasked to work on this project while maintaining its current ongoing operations. This building is registered as a historic landmark, and we worked closely with the local jurisdiction to preserve its design standards to ensure compatibility of the new development with existing resources.
