Creative Contracting is a project in Siletz, Oregon renovating a building for the Siletz Tribe into a community health Clinic: This was a public works CMGC Design-Build project. This project is a target value design project, where a budget was established. Creative worked with the design team to value engineer the project to meet budget targets.
